Month-to-month

/ computer / month

At 25 computers, volume discounts begin and pair with the annual terms — so from 25 an annual commitment is required, and the annual rate is the better price either way.

Math behind the slider: $25.00 base × (1 − volume %) × (1 − term %), per Windows or Mac computer. Add-ons follow the same math, except 365 Security Reviews — Standard, which is fixed-rate.

Optional add-ons — for specific situations

Specific capabilities, opt-in only.

These are stand-alone capabilities you can add to your subscription when your situation calls for them. Most customers choose to add one or zero; a small minority adds more. Per-computer, per-domain, or per-user depending on the service. Term + volume discounts apply the same as the base subscription, except where flagged fixed-rate.

How engineer time is billed

5-minute increments standard · 1-minute for high-volume customers (25+ computers or annual commitment)

When a ticket needs a human, here is exactly what it costs.

Most support tickets are resolved by AISA at no extra cost. When a ticket needs hands-on engineer time and you authorize the escalation, the time is billed in tight increments at the appropriate tier. No project, no scope doc — just the engineer time we spend on your ticket.

  1. 01

    AISA handles the ticket first.

Default path for every ticket. Unlimited support included in your 360SmartIT Department subscription. 80% of tickets resolve at this step, most in under 90 seconds — password resets, file restores, software installs, account unlocks, common error remediation. No extra charge.

  2. 02

When AISA hands off, you authorize.

When AISA decides a ticket needs hands-on engineer time, it surfaces the escalation with the recommended tier (Pro1 / Pro2 / Pro3 Master) and an estimated band. You approve before any engineer-time clock starts. No surprise charges.

  3. 03

Engineer time billed in tight increments.

5-minute increments for standard customers; 1-minute increments for high-volume customers (25+ computers OR annual commitment). Time always rounds up to the next increment. Each ticket shows the exact engineer time used.

Three engineer tiers, picked by the work:

  • Pro1

Full-stack technicians with several years of hands-on experience. Most authorized escalations land here.

  • Pro3 Master

Former CISOs, principal architects, compliance leaders. 20+ years of career depth each. For architecture decisions, regulatory representation, board-level incidents.

Three tiers — Pro1, Pro2, Pro3 Master — billed in 5-minute increments rounded up (1-minute increments for larger engagements), and only after you authorize the work. The written rate card is provided during your intro call and before any signature, and stays available in your customer portal. Want the rate card? Ask in your intro call or reach out through our contact form — it arrives the same day. See consulting →

Example: A 14-minute Pro2 incident response = 3 × 5-minute Pro2 increments. A 14-minute incident for a high-volume customer = 14 × 1-minute Pro2 increments. You pay only for the time delivered.

The complete economic argument

One of the best values in the industry.

The math comes from three places at once.

  • 01

    SaaS-style transparent pricing.

Per computer, per month. Add a device, the bill goes up. Remove one, the bill goes down. Per-computer billing only. One transparent tier. Renewal pricing locked in writing.

  • 02

    Pay-as-you-go engineer time.

When AI escalates a ticket and you authorize a human engineer, time is billed in 5-minute increments — or 1-minute increments for high-volume customers. You pay only for the engineer minutes you authorized.

  • 03

    AI-driven consulting.

We have been running AI in production since summer 2024 — about two years of real operational experience. AISA resolves 80% of tickets, most in under 90 seconds; AI augments incident response; AI builds documentation. What we save in cost, you save in price. The savings flow to your bill.

Add it up: SaaS pricing for the predictable work, fractional billing for the unpredictable work, AI doing the volume so labor stays focused on the hard cases. goCloudOffice is one of the best IT-services values in the industry.

Common questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

Do most customers add on the optional services?
Most of our customers run their entire IT operation on the base 360SmartIT Department subscription alone — and we would rather tell you that than upsell you. The optional add-ons exist for specific situations: heavily regulated industries (legal, healthcare, financial services) often need the compliance review service or the 24/7 security operations center; firms with cyber-insurance requirements may need MDR; companies with retention obligations beyond Microsoft's defaults need the M365 backup. Most teams stay on the base subscription alone. Of those who add coverage, most stop at one add-on.
What counts as a "computer"?
A laptop, desktop, or workstation enrolled in management. The count covers managed endpoints only — network gear, servers in your closet, mobile phones, and BYOD computers fall outside this metric.
Why does month-to-month stop at 24 computers?
Volume discounts begin at 25 computers, and we pair those discounts with the annual terms — month-to-month stays at the base rate. From 25 computers, an annual commitment is required; you can still bill monthly (annual-monthly, 15% off) or prepay (annual-prepay: pay for 9 months, covered for 12). Larger fleets imply operational depth and scale that calls for an annual commitment, and the annual path is cheaper either way — so the constraint is also the better deal.
What if my team grows?
Add a computer through the customer portal. Coverage starts within an hour of enrollment. Your invoice prorates the addition; volume discounts drop your rate automatically when you cross a tier threshold — your bill goes the right direction as you grow.
Can I cancel?
Month-to-month plan: yes, any time, prorated. Annual plan: yes, with 60 days' notice; unused months refunded if prepaid.
Sales tax?
