Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-04-30. Owner: Cyrille Whittaker, Chief Web Accessibility Architect.
Our commitment
goCloudOffice is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, magnification, or any other assistive technology.
Conformance level
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the entire website, with selective Level AAA where it does not introduce friction for other users (for example, our default body text contrast exceeds 7:1).
Methodology
We test our pages against three layers:
- Automated testing in CI — axe-core, Pa11y, and Lighthouse run on every pull request and block merging on regression.
- Manual review by our accessibility team — keyboard-only walkthroughs, screen-reader testing on NVDA + Firefox (Windows), VoiceOver + Safari (macOS / iOS), and JAWS + Chrome (Windows).
- Real-user testing with paid external testers who use assistive technology, run quarterly.
Known issues
We track known accessibility issues internally and publish a summary here when they affect meaningful surfaces. As of the date above, no Level A or AA conformance issues are outstanding.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility issue or a feature that doesn't work for your assistive technology, please tell us. We respond within one business day.
