10 services included Unlimited AI tickets Add or remove computers any time

Why this matters

Most growing companies hit a point where ad-hoc IT — a friend who knows computers, a part-time MSP, the office manager — stops scaling. The next hire is a $130,000+ in-house IT lead, plus tools, plus on-call coverage, plus everything that hire cannot do alone. 360SmartIT Department is the alternative: a complete IT department in one subscription, priced per computer, with no per-ticket charges and no surprise consulting bills. You get the scope of a real IT department without the headcount risk.

Who buys this

  • Founders and operations leaders — at our best with 5–50 person teams, welcoming everyone from solo founders to 150 seats — who need IT to "just work" without becoming a job
  • Companies replacing a legacy MSP that bills by ticket and feels like a black box
  • Teams preparing for SOC 2 / HIPAA / cyber-insurance and need defensible documentation
  • Recently funded companies that need to scale headcount fast without scaling IT chaos

What is included

In every 360SmartIT Department subscription.

Ten distinct services — each one a line item a traditional MSP would charge for separately. Together, packaged into one per-computer monthly price.

  • 360Helpdesk

Unlimited 24/7 tickets resolved by AISA. Most issues fixed in seconds.

    • AISA resolves 80% of tickets — most in under 90 seconds. Password resets, file restores, install requests, account unlocks.
    • Zero per-ticket cost. Zero hourly meter. No "you used your monthly support hours" surprise on the invoice.
    • Live 24/7/365 — weekends and holidays included. Your team gets help any hour, any day of the week.
    • Hand-off to a Pro engineer happens only when AISA identifies the ticket needs hands-on work — and only after you authorize.
  • 360CyberProtect

Managed anti-malware + endpoint protection on every Windows and Mac.

    • Bitdefender GravityZone under the hood — consistently top-3 in AV-Comparatives and SE Labs real-world evaluations.
    • Behavioral analysis, not just signature scanning — catches novel + fileless attacks legacy AV misses entirely.
    • Centrally-managed security baseline enforced on every Windows + Mac, audited continuously — same policy fleet-wide.
    • One coordinated platform across the fleet. No per-device license shuffling when computers come or go.
    • Low overhead by design — Bitdefender GravityZone runs without competing with your dev environment, video conferencing, or other resource-intensive workloads.
  • 360PatchGuard

Automated patching of OS + 3rd-party apps. Nothing sits unpatched.

    • Patches deployed on a tested cadence — not on Microsoft's release day — which dramatically reduces patch-induced outages.
    • Coverage extends past the OS to 600+ commonly-used apps: browsers, Office, Adobe, Slack, Zoom, the long tail.
    • Critical security patches expedited; non-critical patches staged off-hours to avoid weekday disruption.
    • Patch-compliance reporting suitable for cyber-insurance underwriting and SOC 2 / HIPAA evidence.
  • 360CyberHealth

Continuous monitoring of fleet performance and security posture.

    • Telemetry from every endpoint flows into our platform continuously — we see issues forming before users notice.
    • Performance baselines per computer; drift triggers automated remediation before it shows up as a ticket.
    • Security posture score tracked over time. You watch compliance improve quarter over quarter.
    • Predictive surfacing: dying drives, swelling batteries, expiring certificates, runaway processes flagged as preventable signals.
  • 360AssetManagement

Full inventory, lifecycle, and license oversight across the fleet.

    • Real-time inventory of every Windows + Mac computer — model, age, warranty status, assigned user, location.
    • License oversight catches both over-licensing (wasted spend) and under-licensing (audit + compliance risk).
    • Hardware refresh planning data — you know which 12 machines are turning 4 years old next quarter.
    • Single audit trail for chain-of-custody — especially valuable for regulated industries (legal, healthcare, financial services).
  • 360AppleMDM

Native MDM for your Mac fleet — one management plane.

    • One management plane across the entire computer fleet — Macs and Windows — same security baseline everywhere.
    • Day-1 deployment via Apple Business Manager: phones arrive at the user pre-enrolled and pre-configured. Zero touch.
    • Remote lock + wipe in under 60 seconds when a phone is lost or an employee is offboarded.
    • App distribution from your Apple Volume Purchase catalog with automatic license reclamation when devices come back.
  • 360CustomerRemoteAccess

Every user reaches their office computer; managers reach any device.

    • Every user can reach their own office computer from anywhere — no VPN gymnastics, no jump-host pain.
    • Designated managers can reach multiple or all company computers under one authenticated session.
    • MFA-enforced at session start. Full audit trail of who accessed which computer when — compliance-grade.
    • Users who need true monitor-to-monitor mapping (each remote screen → its own local screen) can upgrade to the Premium add-on.
  • 360RapidRemote

Secure engineer access pre-deployed on every managed computer.

    • Pre-deployed means AISA and engineers act in seconds — not "let me email you a link to install a tool."
    • End-to-end encrypted; user-consent prompt when present; session recording captured for compliance evidence.
    • Unattended access available for systems where the user is not present — servers, kiosks, executive devices left at home.
    • No separate license fee. It is part of the subscription baseline.
  • 360RecoveryGuard

Recovery-data encryption and a rehearsed lockout / loss playbook.

    • Encryption keys and recovery codes stored in a separate, hardened vault — survives a complete primary-environment compromise.
    • Documented runbook: who has emergency access, under what conditions, signed off by whom — auditable.
    • Rehearsed quarterly — the playbook gets exercised so it works when you need it, not just on paper.
    • Insurance + compliance ready: written evidence of recovery-procedure design and execution available on request.
  • 360FleetReview

Every quarter: fleet health, posture, risks, next-90-days plan — delivered to your inbox.

    • A written quarterly briefing, generated from the live data of your actual fleet and delivered straight to your inbox.
    • Fleet health, patch and protection posture, every issue we resolved, and the trends worth your attention — in plain English.
    • The same evidence your cyber-insurance underwriter and your SOC 2 / HIPAA auditor want to see, ready to forward.
    • A ranked next-90-days action list, so the review ends with decisions instead of a filing cabinet.

How we deliver

The operating shape, end to end.

01

Day-1 onboarding playbook

Every customer starts the same way: an asset discovery (every Windows + Mac computer cataloged), the goCloudOffice security baseline applied, AISA trained on your specific environment, and a written readiness assessment delivered before we charge a full month.

02

Continuous operations

AISA runs the day-to-day — answering tickets, patching, monitoring, restoring — 24/7 with no per-ticket charge. Telemetry from every computer flows into the goCloudOffice platform; we see issues forming before users notice.

03

360FleetReview — every 90 days, in your inbox

Every quarter you receive a written FleetReview generated from the live data of your fleet: device health, security posture, what we resolved, the trends we see, and a ranked next-90-days plan. The relationship stays operational AND strategic — and the evidence arrives on schedule, every quarter, automatically.

04

Pro escalation only when authorized

When AISA decides a ticket needs a human engineer, you authorize the escalation before any Pro1 / Pro2 / Pro3 Master time is billed. Engineer time is billed in 5-minute increments (1-minute for high-volume customers), only after you authorize the work; the written rate card is provided during your intro call and before any signature, and stays available in your customer portal. No surprise invoices.

Education

What you should actually understand before buying.

We sell a lot of these. The buyers who are happiest two years in are the ones who understood the why before they signed. So here is the why.

What "complete IT department" actually means

A real internal IT team handles seven things: helpdesk (people having problems), endpoint management (the computers themselves), security operations (defending against threats), patching + maintenance (keeping things current), asset management (knowing what you own and where), documentation (so the work survives turnover), and strategic technology decisions (where to invest, what to retire). 360SmartIT Department covers all seven for one per-computer monthly fee — seven distinct functions that cost a fully-loaded $400k/yr in headcount + tools, packaged into one per-computer price.

Why per-computer pricing

Per-user pricing penalizes companies with mobile workers (one user, three devices), shared workstations, or kiosks. Per-ticket pricing creates a perverse incentive — your IT vendor makes more when things break. Per-computer pricing is honest: you pay for what we manage. If a computer leaves the fleet, the cost leaves with it. If we make AISA better at resolving tickets without escalation, you keep the savings.

How AISA changes the economics

Traditional MSPs price for the worst-case month. They have to staff for the worst day, then spread that cost across every customer all year. AISA resolves 80% of tickets — most in under 90 seconds — at near-zero marginal cost, which lets us skip per-ticket charges entirely and offer unlimited support. The work that still requires a human (architecture, complex incidents, regulatory representation) is exactly the work where Pro2 / Pro3 Master engineers add real value, billed transparently when you authorize it.

What you should NOT use this for

If you need IT help once a year, this is overkill — buy time-and-materials from any consultant. If you operate a 24/7 production datacenter with custom hardware, this is too productized — you need a custom-engineered MSP. Sweet spot: 5 to 50 cloud-first knowledge workers running mostly Windows or Mac on managed cloud SaaS (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.) — and the model scales cleanly from a one-person office to 150 seats.

Common questions

Questions buyers actually ask us.

Does this replace our M365 / Google Workspace cost?
No. M365 and Google Workspace are SaaS licenses you buy from Microsoft / Google directly. We manage the tenant for you (provisioning, MFA, conditional access, lifecycle, backup) — but the license fee is yours.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on 360SmartIT Department. The Day-1 onboarding playbook is included in the first month.
How fast does coverage start?
Within an hour of enrollment a computer is monitored and protected. The full baseline (security policies, patching cadence, AISA access) lands within 24–48 business hours.
Can I add or remove computers any time?
Yes. Both happen through the Customer Portal; invoices prorate, volume tiers re-evaluate automatically when you cross a threshold.
